Scott Alpaugh - Team Leader Scott is a Bridgewater Township resident and has been a resident of Martinsville and Bridgewater for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the Bridgewater-Raritan School District and has two children currently enrolled in the public school system.  Scott is an active volunteer within the community and has coached for Bridgewater Township Recreation, assisted with Somerset County 4H, and is still involved in many other local and community based activities. Knowledge of the current market and anticipation of its future direction, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiating abilities allow Scott to keep his clients informed and up-to-date throughout every step of the transaction. Scott's commitment to his clients stems from over 30 years in customer and public service and ensures that his clients have all of the information necessary to make smart and educated decisions whether they are buying or selling their very first home, their 'umteenth' home, or just need the latest Real Estate information!

Jeanette Basile - Buyers' Agent Jeanette is a resident of the Neshanic Station section of Branchburg Township and has been a resident since moving from Elizabeth nearly 20 years ago. Jeanette is active in the community and in the county and has two children currently enrolled in the Branchburg public school system.  An active volunteer within the community, Jeanette assists with Somerset County 4H, the Branchburg public schools and arts programs, and is involved in many other local and community based activities. Jeanette has a keen awareness of the local neighborhoods, an ability to identify her clients' wants a needs quickly and accurately, and knows what it takes to reach the goals and objectives of her clients.  A gentle and friendly warmth allows all of Jeanette's clients to feel like they are working with a friend . . . and if you are working with Jeanette, you are a friend!
